A public contact inbox or submission form has not been opened for this site. This page does not collect or send messages. No support response is promised.

When documenting a correction, keep the page URL, the sentence that needs changing, the current game version or date, and a public source or screenshot that shows the difference. Do not include Roblox passwords, account recovery codes or payment details.

For game or account problems

We cannot restore game items, redeem rewards, issue refunds or access Roblox accounts. Use Roblox’s own help channels for account issues, and the developer’s current official channels for game questions.
